1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@nevco9.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization – We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Receive Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

💡 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, we will exchange it:

  • Contact info@nevco9.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label if the mistake was ours.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Pacifiers, bottles, and feeding accessories.
  • Diapers and wipes.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Gift cards.
